You can request deletion of the personal data we hold about you at any time.
How to request deletion
Email info@rodriguezmechanics.com from the address you used, with the subject "Data deletion request". Include your name and any phone number or vehicle details you provided so we can locate your records.
What we delete
Your lead and appointment records, including contact details, vehicle information and service location.
Some information may be retained where required by law (e.g., accounting/tax records) or to resolve disputes, and is then deleted.
Timeline
We confirm receipt and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
